THE CAMP & ACCOMMODATION
What can I expect from staying in Holt Farm?
Holt Farm is a camping field with canvas structures, pre-pitched and guaranteed plots. It is located close to the Village Green with easy access to premium loos, hot showers and parking.
Holt Farm is an extension of The Big Feastival General Camping, so please look at the festival FAQs for more information.
Can I add a tent or awning?
Unfortunately, you cannot have a tent or awning next to your booked structure due to the space available and safety restrictions.
CAMP FACILITIES
What toilets and showers are provided?
There are loos and showers in the Holt Farm and you can purchase a ‘When Nature Calls’ wristband for all-weekend access to the smartest luxury loos onsite.
Can I bring my dog?
As much as we love dogs, things would get a little chaotic if every man and his dog came along. So we’ve decided the men (and women and children) can come, but the dogs must stay at home. Guide and assistance dogs are, of course, welcome.
Is Apple Field an accessible site?
We endeavour to make our campsites as accessible as possible, however they are in an outdoor setting in fields that could pose problems for mobility (particularly in wet weather).
FOOD & DRINK
Can I bring my own food?
Campers are welcome to bring a limited amount of food and drink to Holt Farm, although there will also be concessions nearby serving coffee and breakfasts each morning. A wide selection of food and drink will be available for purchase in the Main Arena, where festival-goers will not be permitted to bring their own items for consumption with the exception of baby food for the littlest ones.
If you plan on cooking then please use the designated cooking areas provided by Big Feastival.
Can I bring my own drinks?
Campers can bring a limited amount of drink to Holt Farm. Drinks will not be allowed into the Main Area, and please note Big Feastival is a glass-free zone.
Is there water on site?
There are drinking water taps stationed throughout the grounds so remember to bring a big water bottle to fill up. A hydrated camper is a happy camper.
Camping Conduct
Whilst we encourage you to have a great time at the festival please respect your fellow campers at all times. Any disturbance caused (particularly at night) will be deemed anti-social behaviour and could result in guilty parties being escorted from the site. In such situations no refunds will be available.
WHAT TO BRING
What should I bring?
Each structure comes with different amenities so make sure you know whether to bring linen, beds or a charge pack for your phone.
Our other top tips are..
Wellies, Waterproofs, Warm Clothes, Rugs etc.
Pack for a British summer and remember your wellies! It can also get mighty chilly at night so it’s a good idea to bring some extra rugs and blankets, even if you leave them in the car.
First Aid
We recommend you bring the odd plaster for that dancing-all-night blister and something to help any pesky hangovers. We do not have dedicated first aid in Holt Farm, in the event of need we will be able to direct and escort you to the Big Feastival first aid enclosure.
Cash
Cash points tend to get busy so do bring some with you for that urgent morning coffee.
